Are you certified organic?
Our herbal blends our made with certified organic ingredients as well as wildcrafted ingredients. Technically, as we use a combination of both we are not certified organic. As wildcrafted plants are even purer and come from a more natural way of growing, we believe this raises the bar even higher in terms of the quality of our ingredients. Enabling us to improve the nutrient density and richness of each one of our blends.

What’s the difference between the organic and wildcrafted?
Ingredients that are certified organic are farm raised, which means they are grown commercially in a controlled organic farm environment. This can be on a large scale as well as from smaller local growers. They are grown on unpolluted land, without the use of harmful pesticides, herbicides and fertilisers. Organic farmers are more likely to use environmentally sustainable methods such as crop rotation and composting which means better for you the consumer and better for mama nature.

Wildcrafted ingredients are grown in the wild, in their natural habitat without any human intervention. In the beautiful and sustainable ecosystems that are naturally supported by compatible plants and soil ensuring maximum nutrients and zero tampering with the environment and surrounding plant growth. Normally only the key parts of the plant, such as the flowers, leaves and sometimes stems, are extracted while the growing plant is left to keep blooming.

Why is the shelf life of your blends shorter than others?
As our blends are made with a combination of organic and wildcrafted ingredients, they aren’t grown with nor do they contain common chemicals used to increase the shelf life of standard commercial ingredients, and therefore they don’t keep as long. As we believe in putting the best quality ingredients into our bodies and those of our beautiful customers we will always choose natural over an extended shelf life when selecting ingredients for our blends.

Are your products suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our blends have been naturopathically approved for physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. However, we are all beautifully unique and our needs at certain stages of life will differ. We recommend that you consult your medical practitioner for advice regarding your specific requirements for pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as any conditions you might have, in order to determine which blend is appropriate for you at this time.

Do your blends come in smaller sizes?
Yes they do, in our sampler packs. Our blends are designed to become part of a daily ritual, with different blends for different challenges & narratives. Having smaller sizes available for individual purchase would defeat the purpose of this ritual being something ongoing and long term. We’ve designed our blends to be able to last longer than standard herbal blends for this exact reason.

The feedback we have received from our beautiful customers is the larger sizes work really well in encouraging that consistent and powerful daily ritual and it’s transformative effects.


Shipping & Returns

How long will it take to receive my order?
All online orders will be filled as quickly as possible as we can’t wait to share these beautiful blends with you, usually within 48 hours. Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be received the following business day. .

Keeping in mind that our products are handmade, once your order has been processed our aim is to deliver our beautiful blends to you within a week depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Even though we are working on delivering our range globally, at this stage we are only shipping within Australia.

What is your returns policy?
We care about you and your experience with our products. So if for any reason at all, you are not completely happy with your order please reach out to us at support@ritualtoreconnect.com
